Content Template Approval At Videocon

1. Login to Videocon DLT portal

2. Click On “Template” tab

3. Click On  the “Add Template” button

4. Enter: Template name, Communication type

5. Enter content type

6. Consent template, consent template ID, and template type from the dropdown menu.

7. Copy and paste or create the text in the content box.

8. Enter OTP and Click “Submit”

If you want to send promotional SMS then you also have to get the consent template approved. The process of  Consent Template approval at smart ping.

1. Select Content Template
2. Click on “Add new consent template”
3. Add a consent template name
4. Add a scope of consent
5. Enter OTP
6. Click submit

The content template will be approved within 24 to 48 hours provided all the fields are filled properly.

Difference between Consent and Content Template
