If you wish to send bulk SMS with your header/sender ID, you can apply for it by following these steps for the Header/Sender ID Registration Process for Videocon DLT.
1. Log in to the “Videocon Smart Ping DLT portal“.
2. Click on the “Header tab”
3. Click New Header to create a Header(s) request. Users can create 20 Header requests in one go.
4. Enter the Header type
5. Enter the Header category
6. Enter the Header name
7. Click Check Availability to check the availability of the header name. If available proceed with the next step.
8. Upload relevant documents related to a header by clicking on the Choose File button.
9. Click on the Submit button to submit the header request
10. Click on Get OTP, and Submit the OTP.
How to Claim Header ID at Videocon Smart Ping DLT?
If the header is not available follow the claim process. The claim process includes these steps:
1. Click Header Tab.
2. Click Claim Header
3. Type the Header that needs to be claimed in the Header Name section
4. Click the Claim button
5. Fill out the Claim Form
- Enter header type
- Enter header category
- Enter header name
- Upload relevant documents related to headers
- Upload the relevant document proving the Entity ownership of the Header in the claim document section
- Enter remarks
- Click Get OTP and enter
6. Click Submit

How to Surrender Header ID At Smart Ping?
If the entity chooses not to send commercial communication with a specific header, they have the option to opt-out. Follow the process outlined below to do so.
1. Click on Active
2. Click Surrender
3. Confirm Header Surrender
4. You will receive OTP, enter OTP, and remarks. Click Submit
5. The surrender Header will appear in the surrender/withdrawal/rejected section.
