Follow these steps for the CTA whitelisting process for Videocon Smart Ping DLT.

1. Login into Videocon Smart Ping DLT

 

 

2. Click on the CTA Whitelisting Tab and then Click on the Single CTA button

 

 

3.  Fill in the details: CTA Name, CTA type, and CTA input.

 

 

4. For whitelisting CTA numbers

• Choose CTA input as Number

 

 

• Select the sub-input category for numbers
• Click On the Undertaking checkbox
• Click On Submit

5. For Whitelisting URLs

• Choose CTA input as URL
• Select the sub-input category for URL links

 

 

• Click on the undertaking checkbox
• Click on Submit

6. Once CTA is Whitelisted there appears an option for blacklisting also. Enter the blacklisting remarks and click the Blacklisting button

 

 

Bulk CTA whitelisting at Videocon Smart Ping DLT

 

Videocon Smart Ping DLT also has an option for bulk CTA whitelisting. The following steps are to be followed:

1. Download the sample file, or create a bulk CTA file as the following image

 

 

2. Fill in the Details accordingly: CTA Name, CTA type, CTA sub type and input.

3. Click on the Choose File option. Upload the file with data of not more than 1000.

 

 

4. The approved bulk CTAs can be previewed as

 

 

Error Codes for CTA Whitelisting at Videocon Smart Ping DLT

 

If your application CTA whitelisting at Videocon Smart Ping DLT fails the reasons could be as follows:

Error Codes For URL whitelisting 

• Redirection in URLs is not permitted. Please add the end URL to the whitelist.
• The call-to-action (CTA) is restricted by the operator. For further assistance, please contact the operator.
• If the URL is dynamic, please categorize it as a Dynamic URL. Static URLs cannot end in a question mark (?).
• If the URL is for an APK, please categorize it as an APK URL. Static URLs cannot contain “apk”.
• IPs are not allowed in the URL. Please provide a URL with a domain.
• Dynamic URLs must end with a question mark (?).
• URLs must start with http, https, or www.
• -WhatsApp URLs must start with https://wa.me/91.

Error Codes For Number whitelisting 

• Mobile numbers must either start with 91 or without 91. If it is 10 digits, it should start with a digit between 6 to 9
• Toll-free numbers must start with 1800 or 1860 and can be between 8 to 11 digits.
• Landline numbers must be 10 digits long and can optionally start with 0.
• Numbers in the 140 and 160 series must be exactly 10 digits.
