CTA Whitelisting Process In JIO DLT
To start with the CTA Whitelisting process in JIO DLT you may follow these steps:
1. Login into your JIO DLT platform.
2. Click on the “CTA Whitelisting” tab
3. Select “Whitelist Summary” from the dropdown
4. Select the “+Whitelist CTA” button to whitelist new CTA
5. If you want to whitelist the URL
- Select URL
- Select the link type
- Enter the link
- Click Submit
Note:
- URL should start with http or https or www.
- WhatsApp Links must be prefixed wa. me
- Apk Links must be suffixed with .apk
6. If you want to whitelist the number
- Select the number
- Select the number type
- Enter the number
- Click Submit
Note:
- Mobile Number of Indian series must start with 6 to 9 (No virtual numbers)
- Landline number must have 10 digits
- Toll-free number to be prefixed with 1800
- Other numbers must be starting with 140 & 160 up to 10 digits
7. For Email Whitelisting
- Select Email
- Enter Email
- Click Submit
Bulk CTA Whitelisting Process In JIO DLT
Jio also provides bulk Whitelisting options. For bulk Whitelisting, you need to follow these steps:
1. Select the “CTA Whitelisting”
2. From the drop-down menu select “bulk Whitelisting”
3. Click “+whitelist” bulk CTA
4. Download the Sample file by clicking on “Sample File download”
5. Create an Excel file as per the structure and upload
6. Click “ok” once the file is uploaded
7. Go to “Bulk Summary” to get the individual line items of the Bulk CTA summary
8. Click on the “request ID” to view details of bulk CTA
You can also check the status of the whitelisting CTA in the status column. Moreover, you can turn on or off any CTA.
